ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of respondent No.2 in Rc.No.272/08/S4, dated 05.08.2011, cancelling the earlier order in Rc.No.272/08/S4, dated 27.07.2011, wherein the petitioner was granted permission to relocate the saw mill in the premises in Sy.Nos.468 and 469 of Yellareddy Village and Mandal, Nizamabad District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside order, dated 05.08.2011, of respondent No.2.”
At the hearing, Sri K.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. To that effect he addressed letter, dated 04.12.2014, to the Registrar (Judicial).
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.29134 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
