The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that certain persons have encroached over the Gaon Sabha plots but no action has been taken by the revenue authorities to remove the said encroachments.
In this respect, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 17.4.2018 before the District Magistrate, Ghazipur, i.e respondent no.2 and the petitioner states that the aforesaid representation is not being decided by the District Magistrate.
It would serve no purpose to keep the writ petition pending, and therefore, the District Magistrate, Ghazipur is directed to decide the representation dated 17.4.2018 submitted by the petitioner within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
