This petition has been taken on a mention by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as the impugned auction is scheduled to take place on 16.4.12.

Petitioner's case is that he, being the highest bidder in the auction, was permitted to realise the parking fee at taxi stand. However, now in pursuance of the Government Order sdated 2.4.12 and 5.4.12, fresh auction is going to take place.
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to respondent nos. 3 and 4. Steps may be taken within a week.
Counter affidavit may be filed within 2 weeks.
No fresh auction, scheduled to be held on 16.4.2012, in pursuance of the aforesaid G.Os. shall take place and the petitioner shall be permitted to realise the parking fee in pursuance of the work order dated 31.3.12 already granted to him by the respondent.
List after 2 weeks.
