JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has secured higher marks than the cut of marks in the Other Backward Class category but he has not been selected.
The learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner can be effectively considered by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his grievances by means of a representation before the Respondent No. 2 within a period of three weeks from today. In case, such a representation is filed, the Respondent No. 2 shall consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks thereafter.
