1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is eligible for promotion on Class-III post which are lying vacant, and that the petitioner fulfils eligibility condition for grant of promotion on such post.
2. Sri Ram Nath, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Satendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the rights of the petitioner do not exist in isolation and that for grant of promotion all eligible candidates would have to be considered first before any promotion may be made.
3. Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending or calling for a counter affidavit. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner files an appropriate representation in this regard before respondent no. 3 within a period of three weeks from today alongwith a copy of this order, the said authority may pass appropriate order in respect of her claim and initiate the exercise of promotion in accordance with law.
