This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:-
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 09.06.2017 of the petitioner under Section 24(1) of Revenue Code 2006 as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of one month, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
However, from the perusal of the record it transpires that the petitioner has been moving representations by Registered Post. In case, the petitioner is serious about getting demarcation in accordance with Section 24(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 he should file proper application before the respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Aligarh.
Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the observations that in case, an appropriate application seeking demarcation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks along with a certified copy of this order, respondent no. 2 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Aligarh shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
