The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that when on his application for the removal of the encroachment, a case being Case No.T-2016143602316 (Gaon Sabha through Lekhpal Vs. Rajmurat) was instituted against the respondents, the same was not being decided even though notices had been issued.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the respondent no.4 may conclude the hearing of the Case No.T- 2016143602316 (Gaon Sabha through Lekhpal Vs. Rajmurat) which was initiated by the petitioner, within a period of six month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
