Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner was working as Home Guard. By the impugned order passed by the District Commandant Home Guards, Gorakhpur the services of the petitioner came to be terminated.
Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected on 22 April 2019. A copy of the order has been made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is further urged that the order is appealable before the Deputy Commandant General, Home Guard, Head Office U.P. at Lucknow.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy of appeal.
