The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that no interim order was being passed in the Appeal filed under section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and also the Appeal itself was not being decided. He, therefore, prays for expeditious disposal of the Appeal.
Under such circumstances, it is, therefore, directed that the Stay Application accompanying the Appeal be decided within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. For a period of two weeks or till the Stay Application is decided, whichever is earlier, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained and no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. After the decision of the Stay Application, the Appeal itself shall be decided within a period of one month.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
