Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"i) kindly issue a direction or pass an order directing the District Judge, Hathras (respondent no. 1), to finally dispose of the Land Acquisition case no. 1 of 2016 (State of Uttar Pradesh Vs. Dinesh Chandra and others), under Section 3 H(4) of National Highways Act 1956, as expeditiously as possible and within such shortest possible time frame which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Learned standing counsel has no objection in case if a direction is issued for disposal of aforesaid pending case strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
