Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the petitioners’ applications, which are three in number, seeking permission to carry on fresh water aquaculture fish farms over an extent of Acs.38-40 cents of land situated at Amaravathi and Lodidilanka Villages, Kalidindi Mandal, Krishna District, are not being processed by the respondents as per GO.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (FISH.II) Department, dated 16-03-2013.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries representing the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners in all made three applications out of which two applications are under process before the District Level Committee and one application is under process before the Mandal Level Committee.
In the light of the above submission, respondent No.2 is directed to ensure that all the three applications filed by the petitioners are processed, considered and a final decision is taken thereon within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Respondent No.2- District Level Committee is further directed that within the said time, it shall communicate its decision to the petitioners.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.34185 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
