JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31449 of 2014 Dated: 20.10.2014 Between:
Gandi Santhosh .. Petitioner and The Government of Telangana, Rep. by its Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue a writ or direction or more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the election notification Dt: 10-10-2014 issued by the 5th respondent to conduct election to the office bearers of the Fishermen Co-operative Society, Pedda Kodapaka Village, Shayampet Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal, arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
After arguing the case, Smt. D. Padmavathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to her client to get himself impleaded in W.P.No.27337 of 2014 and seek appropriate relief.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.39314 and 39315 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
