ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“ to issue a writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.3 to 7 in proceeding with the construction of 132/33 KV Sub-station at Rangannagudem Village, Bapulapadu Mandal, Krishna District with 132 KIV Line making Line-in-Line Out (fort short ‘LILO’) of existing Gunadala-Kanumolu 132 KV Circuit-II deviating from the alignment as agreed and contrary to order in Rc.No.H2.1984/2014, dated 21.08.2014, passed by respondent No.2 as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to forbear respondent Nos.3 to 7 with the construction of 132/33 KV Sub-station at Rangannagudem Village, Bapulapadu Mandal, Krishna District with 132 KV Line making Line-in-Line Out of existing Gunadala-Kanumolu 132 KV Circuit-II deviating from the agreed alignment and by duly complying with order in Rc.No.H2.1984/2014, dated 21.08.2014 passed by respondent No.2.”
After arguing the case, Sri P.Shashi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper Annexure-I and by giving proper description to some of the respondents.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.47458 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
