JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 This application has been preferred by the applicant-original respondent for vacating the interim relief/stay granted by this Court by an order dated 28.09.2010 in Special Civil Application No. 7576 of 2010.
2.0 The interim relief was granted on 28.09.2010 and it would not be in the interest of justice to vacate the same at this stage. However, the main matter being Special Civil application No. 7576 of 2010 shall be fixed for final hearing on 21.08.2012.
3.0 With the above direction the application stands disposed of accordingly.
