By means of this writ petition the petitioners have come to this Court that his account in the Axis Bank has been seized on the direction of the respondent no.3.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent no.3, the same be considered and decided, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
