… Respondents THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.16724 OF 2004 O R D E R Though there is no representation for the petitioners, this writ petition is amenable to disposal as per the order dated 10.06.2008 passed by this Court in WPMP No.21847 of 2004 filed herein.
The grievance raised in the writ petition was with regard to the alleged construction of a hostel in the petitioners’ land in Sy.No.100/47 o f Kodakandla Village and Mandal, Warangal District. Perusal of the order dated 10.06.2008 passed by this Court reflects that the Mandal Revenue Officer, Kodakandla Mandal, filed a counter in the matter, wherein he stated that the construction was being undertaken in Sy.No.100/48 of Kodakandla Village and not in Sy.No.100/47. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioners with regard to the construction being undertaken in Sy.No.100/47 of the Village does not survive for consideration.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
