ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that following the inspection made on 16.12.2014, the respondents have not been allotting the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop for distribution.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana State), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is facing serious allegations that he has created certain bogus ration cards by using the names of dead persons and that initiation of proceedings against him in this regard is under process. He has, however, stated that so long as the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization subsists, the respondents shall supply the essential commodities to him.
The above submission of learned Government Pleader is placed on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to allot the stocks to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.21 of Siddipet Town and Mandal, Medak District, for distribution, so long as his authorization remains in force.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50090 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
