(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail for marriage of his son scheduled on 30th April, 2012.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP, Mr.Pandya, based on the report of Superintendent of Police, Mahesana submitted that the ground mentioned in the application is genuine.
From jail remarks, we find that whenever the applicant was released on temporary bail or on furlough leave, he has surrendered to the jail authority in time.
Considering the totality of the facts, it is ordered that the applicant shall be enlarged on temporary bail from 27th April, 2012 to 1st May, 2012 on personal bond of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount and it is further directed that on 2nd May, 2012, he shall surrender to the jail authority.
Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
