Ganchi vs State

Heard Mr.Manav A. Mehta, learned advocate for Ms.Paurami B. Sheth, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that in a similar situation, this Court, by order dated 13.02.2006 passed in Special Civil Application No.593/2006 has issued directions to take measurements of some other lands belonging to the very same petitioner. In the present case as well, the petitioner is merely asking respondent No.2 to take measurement of the land, as merely taking of measurement shall not confer title.
