When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The said endorsement is recorded. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
