ORDER After hearing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that neither they have produced the medical records nor statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C before this Court.
2. Under such circumstances, it is very difficult for this Court to appreciate the case on hand and come to the proper conclusion. Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application after the charge sheet filed. Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
