Learned counsel appearing for the parties placed on record communication dated 03.05.2012 issued by the petitioner-company to the respondent. On the basis of contents thereof, counsel submitted that disputes between the parties have been resolved. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, sought permission to withdraw these petitions.
