JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It has been stated by learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Dave that the other cognate Appeal, being First Appeal No.410 of 2010, has been admitted on 2.3.2010.
Hence, ADMIT. To be heard with First Appeal No.410 of 2010.
It is also observed that since there is no application for interim relief, unless there is any prohibitory order granted by the competent court, the original claimants shall be at liberty to file appropriate application for execution and implementation of the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court, subject to the final outcome of the appeal.
