Heard Mr.Ramnandan Singh, learned advocate for the petitioners and perused the relevant orders passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Himmatnagar and learned Additional Sessions Judge, Himmatnagar. Hence, Notice returnable on 7th February,2012.
