JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr. Mathur, learned advocate for the petitioners, has submitted that present writ petition and Special Civil Application No.4523 of 2011 are matters cognate to Special Civil Application No.18103 of 2011. It is also submitted that since the said writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18103 of 2011 is adjourned to 16.8.2012, present petition along with Special Civil Application No.4523 of 2011 may also be adjourned to 16.8.2012.
S.O. to 16.8.2012.
If any ad-interim relief is granted and is still in operation, the same will continue until the next date.
