ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the inaction of the respondent in taking action against the 8th respondent who set up timber depot in irrigation department land and got permission fraudulently, as illegal, arbitrary, against principles of natural justice and unconstitutional, and consequently to direct respondent Nos.1 to 7 to take appropriate action against respondent No.8, as per law by considering the complaint of the petitioner dt. 20.5.2013, 1.6.2013 and 07.8.2013.”
Mr. Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has circulated a letter to the Registry on 15.12.2014, wherein he has stated that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the writ petition.
In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46956 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
