JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner claims to be belongs to Scheduled Caste as converts from Scheduled Caste. The petitioner has availed a loan to the tune of Rs.1,00,200/- under the Self Employment Scheme from the second respondent for establishing a Cable TV Unit. The petitioner submits that there are certain liabilities to be discharged. It seems that there are some enquiries being conducted on account of the irregularities noticed by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau regarding disbursement of the loan. The petitioner relies on Exts.P8 and P9 and submits that the Vigilance and Anti- Corruption Bureau ordered that the repayment and settlement of the loan is nothing to do with the prosecution and he may be permitted to settle the loan account by availing one time settlement scheme. Ext.P10 is the request made by the petitioner before the 4th respondent. Considering the facts WP(C).No.31258/2014-F.
2 and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to take appropriate decision based on Ext.P10 after hearing the petitioner and also adverting to the relevant materials within a period of two months.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
