1. Vide order dated 31.1.2012, this Court had passed the following order:-
"6. In view of the above, since the matter pertains to pension, the respondent authorities are directed to examine the case of the petitioner considering the judgment of this Court in the case of State of Gujarat Vs. Mahendrakumar Bhagvandas (supra) and submit its report by way of affidavit within a period of three weeks from today."

Megha Chitaliya, learned AGP for the respondents states that in fact vide communication dated 16.2.2012, the concerned respondent had already forwarded the proposal for approval of the retiral benefits to the petitioner. The respondent(s) may file such an affidavit latest by 2.3.2012. S.O. to 2.3.2012.
