This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 451 of 2012 of Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur district, for alleged offences under section
498-A of IPC and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Advocate for petitioners submitted that he is giving up vakalath on behalf of petitioners.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet on 26/12/2012.
5. As seen from the material, it appears that the petitioners have filed this quash petition on 31/12/2012 i.e., after filing of charge sheet.
6. Considering the same, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as ‘infructuous’.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
