[1] Learned 11th Additional Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhavnagar is hereby directed to dispose of Criminal Case No.2055 of 2010 in reference to C.R.No.I-1 of 2009 as early as possible preferably within 6(six) months from the date of receipt of present order and considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 08.10.2009.

[2] In view of above, learned advocate seeks permission to withdraw present application. Permission is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
