Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no. 1 & 2 and Sri Sailesh Kumar Singh holding brief of Sri Vivek Kumar Verma, learned counsel for respondent no. 3.
In view of the order we propose to pass it is not necessary to issue any notice to the respondent no. 4.
The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Hindi Lecturer under the self-financing scheme vide order dated 01.11.2012, annexure-3 to the writ petition and thereafter, she worked till 24.7.2018 and from 25.7.2018 her services have been orally terminated. In respect of her grievance, she is stated to have preferred a representation before the Vice Chancellor, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly on 25.7.2018, annexure-7 to the writ petition, by registered post but till date no order has been passed.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent no. 3, Vice Chancellor, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly to decide the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2018, annexure-7 to the writ petition, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order in his office.
Alongwith the certified copy of this order, the petitioner shall also provide a copy of the representation dated 25.7.2018 to the respondent no. 3.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
