Heard Sri Ajay Sengar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA, for the State.
The present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred with a prayer to direct the court below to decide Sessions Trial No. 109 of 2019, Case Crime No. 89 of 2019 (State of U.P. v. Smt. Rani @ Meena and others) under section 302/201 IPC, Police Station- Dakore, District - Jalaun, in view of Section 309 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
Considering submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of Sessions Trial No. 109 of 2019, Case Crime No. 89 of 2019 (State of U.P. v. Smt. Rani @ Meena and others) under section 302/201 IPC, Police Station- Dakore, District - Jalaun,on day today basis in terms of Section 309 Cr.P.C. without entertaining unnecessary adjournment.
With the aforesaid observations and direction instant petition under section 482 Cr.P.C., is disposed off.
