By means of the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the District Magistrate cancelling the armed license vide order dated 14.7.2017.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order is appellable under the Arms Act, 1959 vide Section 18.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of efficacious statutory remedy available under the Arms Act, 1959.
