The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the District Magistrate, Moradabad to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.05.2018 which is in the form of a complaint in respect of execution of power of attorney by a private individual in favour of another private individual.
The District Magistrate is not a Court to adjudicate such kind of civil disputes. If the petitioner is aggrieved by violation of any right that he possesses in respect of any property, then he may take recourse to a civil suit before a civil court. However, in case an offence has allegedly been committed by execution of such a deed, then he may take recourse to appropriate proceeding under the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This writ petition is completely misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
