Ref:- Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No.1 of 2019:-
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants and the basic prayer as made in the present 482 petition is not being changed/altered and only time for depositing the amount of Rs.16,000/- before the Medication and Reconciliation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 25.4.2019 passed by this Court has been sought.
It is thus prayed that two weeks further time may be granted to deposit the amount of Rs.16,000/- before the Medication and Reconciliation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 25.4.2019 passed by this Court.
Accordingly, time extension application is allowed.
As prayed, two weeks' and no more time from today is granted to the applicants for depositing the amount of Rs.16,000/- before the Medication Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 25.4.2019 passed by this Court.
In case, the applicants do not deposit the above mentioned amount within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
