By filing this application, the applicant has prayed to condone delay of 213 days caused in filing appeal.
I have heard learned advocates for the parties.
Having regard to the averments made in the application, not controverted by filing reply and oral submission, the applicant has made out sufficient ground to condone delay caused in filing appeal.
In the result, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing appeal is condoned.
