This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of applicants seeking the quashing of impugned order dated 30.11.2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Mathura in F.R. Case No.982/2017, arising out of Case Crime No.309 of 2017, u/s 354A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Farah, District- Mathura.
Heard Shri Ashutosh Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Shri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. and also perused the record.
It has been fairly admitted by the counsel for the applicants that the accused-applicants have not been summoned so far. The application, therefore, is not maintainable in view of the Full Bench judgment of this Court in Father Thomos vs State of U.P. reported in 2011 Cr.L.J. 2278 and the same stands dismissed.
