This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that respondent-police authorities be directed to lodge the FIR for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477, 114 of IPC on the ground that all dispute with regard to recorded entries in the revenue record and other such transactions.
Prima facie, it appears that the dispute arising out of sale deed already executed pursuant to the transaction and dispute about legal heir ship which cannot be gone into and on the contrary police authorities need not to look into such type of grievances for which remedy of civil in nature and proceedings under revenue mechanism challenging the disputed entry is avialable to the petitioner.
In absence of any substance, this petition is rejected.
