The order assailed in the instant writ petition dated 05.11.2018 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Meerut has directed holding of elections of the petitioner Institution. It is informed at the Bar that by order dated 07.12.2018, the Joint Director of Education, I Region, Meerut has stayed the elections which were directed to be held. In compliance of the order dated 07.12.2018 passed by Joint Director of Education, I Region, Meerut, the District Inspector of Schools, Meerut has also stayed the elections.
The cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed.
