HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present appeal is filed by the appellant- complainant- victim - injured prosecution witness being aggrieved by judgement and order dated 30.07.2012, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Anand was pleased to acquit the accused.

Patel states that the State of Gujarat has filed an appeal being Criminal Appeal No.1874 of 2012 with Criminal Misc. Application No.16841 of 2012 seeking leave to appeal. The Registry is directed to notify all these matters together.
