ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging inaction of the respondents in considering the representations of the petitioners dated 11.10.2006 and 19.10.2006 pursuant to the legal notice dated 28.09.2006 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioners’ lands of an extent of Ac.7.16 cents in R.S,.No.684; Ac.3.36 cents in R.S.No.505/2 of Buttayagudem village and Mandal, W.G. district; Ac.1.71 cents in R.S.No.505/3 of Kommugudem village, Buttayagudem mandal, W.G. District and Ac.2.00 cents in R.S.No.685/1 of Buttayyagudem Village and Mandal, W.G. District respectively.
This Court by order dated 17.11.2006 passed in W.P.M.P.No.29880 of 2006 directed the respondents to provide police protection to the lands of the petitioners and the said order has been in operation as of today.
In view of the interim order passed by this Court on 17.11.2006, which is subsisting as of today, recording the said interim order as final order passed herein, the Writ Petition is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
