It appears from the counter affidavit that the land has been acquired long time back and the respondent company permitted to set up a colony to inhabitants who constructed a temple. The temple authority has agreed to shift the temple. The colony has already been shifted. Under these circumstances, we feel that the petitioners before us have no locus to challenge such action.
The public interest litigation is accordingly dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
The interim orders granted earlier shall stand vacated.
