ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash FIR No.33 of 2012 of Thullur Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences under Sections 192, 193, 420, 468, 469, 471, 473, 120-B read with Section 34 I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. On a perusal of the material papers filed along with the quash petition, I feel without going into the merits of the case, police shall be directed to expedite the investigation and complete it, as early as possible and in the meantime, not to arrest the petitioners till completion of the investigation or filing of final report.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the police to expedite the investigation and complete it as early as possible, without arresting the petitioners, till completion of investigation or filing of final report.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
