ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 15-6-2013 in C.M.A.No.118 of 2010 on the file of the learned X Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, N.T.R. Nagar, Hyderabad, whereby she has reversed order dated 24-9-2010 in I.A.No.191 of 2010 in O.S.No.141 of 2010 of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Hayathnagar, granting injunction in favour of the petitioner.
At the hearing, it is not disputed that the injunction in favour of the petitioner is not in subsistence for more than one year. In these circumstances, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the lower appellate Court at this stage. However, as the suit is of the year 2010, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.5850 of 2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
