This Transfer CMP is filed to withdraw OS.No. 121 of 2009 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, Adilabad district and transfer to Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district.
2. Heard Advocate for petitioner.
3. According to the affidavit of petitioner, the suit is coming-up for her evidence. The reasons stated in the affidavit is not a ground for transfer, at best it may be a ground for seeking appointment of Commissioner for recording her evidence, since she is apprehending some threat and danger to attend Senior Civil Judge’s Court at Mancherial.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Transfer CMP is dismissed at the admission stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court seeking for appointment of Commissioner for recording her evidence.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Transfer CMP shall stands closed.
