Sri Bhoj Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the application for impleadment is pending with effect from 07.12.2009 as by means of this application he has prayed that the complainant, Sri Jaheerul Hasan s/o Late Hasan Ahmad be impleaded in the array of opposite parties being complainant. He has also submitted that on the first date of admission the Hon'ble Court was pleased to observe that the complainant should be impleaded in the array of opposite parties.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that his paper book is not available today, therefore, this case may be adjourned.
List again in the next cause list for disposal of the aforesaid impleadment application.
