JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a declaration, declaring the action of the 1st respondent, in orally the terminating the petitioner on 05.07.2003 as Telugu teacher of the 1st respondent/school is illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Mr.R.Kamatchi Sundaresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.L.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent.
3. The petitioner has not proved that she has been orally terminated from service on 05.07.2003 and that the first respondent has denied employment to the petitioner.
4. In the above said circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and the writ petition stands dismissed.
5. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
