(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The appeal was admitted on 18.12.1990 by this Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice J.U.Mehta & Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.N.Divecha, as they were then). The order reads as under:-
"Appeal admitted.
Bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.2000/- to issue."
Though the matter is heard for quite some time, respondent No.4-original accused No.5 is neither present nor represented by learned Advocate.
In light of that, bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) be issued against respondent No.4-original accused No.5, with an intimation that he shall remain personally present before this Court on 27.02.2012.
Direct service is permitted.
