Heard learned counsel for the contesting parties.
Mr.
Nanavati, learned advocate for the opponent Nos.1 and 2, has placed on record order dated 8.5.2012. In light of the said order, learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that now, present application will not survive and the applicant will have to challenge the said order dated 8.5.2012 by initiating appropriate proceedings.
In view of the aforesaid submission by learned counsel for the applicant and opponent Nos.1 and 2, present application stands disposed of on the ground that it does not survive in view of the order dated 8.5.2012.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
