O R D E R:
By interim order dated 18.12.2012, this Court directed the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the Circular dated 21.10.2010.
2. Though a petition has been filed by the APSRTC to vacate the above order, it is specifically stated in the counter filed in support thereof that the case of the petitioner was considered pursuant to the above interim order and proceedings dated 11.01.2013 were issued. As per the said proceedings issued by the Regional Manager, APSRTC, Kurnool, the case of the petitioners would be considered on par with other candidates who applied pursuant to the notification issued in the year 2011.
3. In that view of the matter, the interim order has worked itself out. Further, as the APSRTC undertook to consider the case of the petitioners on par with other candidates who had applied pursuant to the notification issued in the year 2011, their grievance in the present writ petition also stands settled. Any further grievance with regard to implementation of the proceedings dated 11.01.2013 would necessarily have to be addressed by the petitioners through independent proceedings in accordance with law.
4. The writ petition is accordingly closed granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue such remedies as are available to them in law in this regard. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
